This Privacy Policy explains how ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Balloon Run (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
We built Balloon Run to be fun and respectful of your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any personal contact details to play.
Balloon Run itself collects very little. Most data handling comes from trusted third-party services (Apple and Google) that power features like ads, leaderboards, purchases, and weather. Specifically:
a) Information stored only on your device Your coins, best score, selected car, upgrades, and settings are saved locally on your device (using standard iOS storage). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
b) Advertising data The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as a device advertising identifier, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device type, and ad interaction and performance data. If you consent to tracking (see Section 4), Google may use a device identifier to show more relevant, personalized ads. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
c) Location data (only if you turn on Real-World Weather) Balloon Run includes an optional feature that matches in-game weather to your real local conditions using Apple Weather (WeatherKit). This feature is off by default. If you enable it, the App requests your device location solely to fetch current weather for your area. Your location is used only for this purpose, is processed in real time, and is not stored by us or shared with any advertiser. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings or revoke location access in your device's Settings.
d) Game Center data If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your high scores are submitted to the global leaderboard. Your Game Center nickname (and avatar, if you have one) may be visible to other players on the leaderboard. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we receive only the score data needed to power the leaderboard and do not collect your Apple ID.
e) In-app purchase data The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs) processed through Apple's App Store / StoreKit. All payment information is handled directly by Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the coins.
We do not knowingly collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location for any purpose other than the optional weather feature described above.
