Thank you for playing ChainSpark. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains — in plain language — how ChainSpark handles your information. The short version: ChainSpark does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

Information We Collect

None. ChainSpark does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not require an account, login, or sign-in.
• We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not use analytics or tracking of any kind.
• We do not display advertising.
• We do not use third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data.
• We do not transmit any information off your device.

Information Stored on Your Device

ChainSpark saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, so the game works the way you expect:

• Your level progress (which levels you have completed).
• Your settings (such as whether sound is on or off).

This information is stored on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). It never leaves your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is removed if you delete the app.

Internet Access

ChainSpark is fully playable offline and does not require an internet connection to function. The app does not send or receive gameplay data over the internet.

The Settings screen contains optional links (a Privacy Policy link and a "Buy me a coffee" support link) that open in your device's web browser. If you choose to tap them, your browser and the destination website handle that connection under their own privacy policies. Using these links is entirely optional and not required to play.

Children's Privacy

ChainSpark does not collect any data from anyone, including children. The app contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no data collection.
