This Privacy Policy explains how the Dynamic Sky app ("Dynamic Sky", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. Dynamic Sky is designed to respect your privacy: it does not have its own servers, does not require an account, and does not track you.

• We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information on our own servers.
• We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
• Your location is used only to show you local weather, and is sent only to Apple's WeatherKit and MapKit services to retrieve that weather and place names.
• Your settings (such as your selected location, temperature unit, and chosen theme) are stored only on your device.

Information the app uses

Location. To show weather for your area, the app needs a location. You can either allow the app to use your device's current location ("While Using the App") or manually search for and select a city. Your location (or the coordinates of the city you select) is sent to Apple's WeatherKit service to fetch the forecast for that area, and to Apple's MapKit service to convert coordinates into a readable place name. We do not receive, store, or transmit your location to any servers of our own.

Weather data. Weather information is provided by Apple Weather (WeatherKit). Your use of weather data is also subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.

On-device settings. Preferences such as your saved location(s), temperature unit, selected theme, and personalization settings are stored locally on your device (using standard iOS storage) so the app remembers your choices. This information stays on your device and is included in your device backups if you back up your device. It is not sent to us.

Purchases. Dynamic Sky offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Apple may share limited transaction information with us as the developer in accordance with Apple's policies.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that identify you.
• We do not display ads or use advertising identifiers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or share your information with data brokers.
