QuickSand: Treasure Hunter is developed and published by ("the Developer").

2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to play the App.

The App stores certain data locally on your device only, including your coin balance, purchased upgrades, high scores, and settings preferences. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Information Collected by Third Parties

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they use such information.

3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data such as:

• Device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier, or IDFA)
• Device information (model, operating system, language, region)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data may be used to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking for personalized advertising occurs. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
