This Privacy Policy explains how Snooker Runner ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Snooker Runner does not require an account and we do not ask you for personal information such as your name or email address. We do not ourselves collect personal data. However, the third-party advertising service we use (Google AdMob) may collect certain data as described in the "Advertising" section below.
Your game progress — including your best score, coin balance, and unlocked items — is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store this information on our servers.
Game Center
If you choose to use Game Center features (leaderboards and achievements), those features are provided by Apple. Any data processed through Game Center is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not collect or store Game Center data ourselves.
Notifications
With your permission, the app may send you local notifications — for example, a daily reminder to play the daily challenge and keep your streak. These reminders are scheduled and shown entirely on your device; they do not collect, transmit, or store any data, and nothing is sent to us or any third party. You are asked for permission before any notifications are sent, and you can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings under Notifications, or decline the initial prompt. Declining will not affect your ability to play the app.
Advertising
This app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google may collect and process certain information, including a device advertising identifier, general (coarse) location estimated from your IP address, and app usage and interaction data. This information may be used to deliver personalised advertising, depending on your tracking and consent choices.
On first launch, the app asks for your permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
For more information on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The advertising service may collect limited device and usage data as described above; we do not direct the app at children under the age required by your local laws for such processing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
