This Privacy Policy explains how ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Tower of Bad Decisions (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

We have tried to keep this policy plain and honest: the App itself does not ask you for your name, email, or any account. The main data flows happen through the advertising and platform services described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: None. The App has no sign-up, no login, and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any contact details.

Information stored only on your device: Your high score, in-game coins, unlocked items, and settings (such as sound on/off) are saved locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Information collected automatically by third-party services: To show ads, enable leaderboards, and process purchases, the App uses third-party services that may collect:

• Device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier / IDFA, only if you allow tracking — see Section 4)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Device and operating system information (model, OS version, language, region)
• Ad interaction data (ads shown, taps, time spent)
• Purchase and transaction records (handled by Apple)

We do not ourselves collect, store, or have access to this data beyond the aggregated, anonymized reporting that these services provide.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Apple Game Center (leaderboards) — Apple Inc. Used to submit and display your highest floor reached. Privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Apple App Store / StoreKit (in-app purchases) — Apple Inc. Processes purchases such as "Remove Ads" and coin packs. We never see your payment card or billing details; Apple handles all payment processing.
